The Bald Cypress tree is most known for inhabiting the swampy areas of the Mississippi Valley. This tree is very versatile as it can tolerate standing water but also adaptable to dry areas and city conditions. This conifer is a rare deciduous tree that while initial appearance looks like an evergreen, it will shed its soft fern like foliage each fall. Also a very fast growing tree that once established can add up to 2.5 ft of new growth each year.

Orders will be packed and shipped outbound Monday through Wednesday. This significantly reduces the chances of our live trees being held up over the weekend while in transit. Depending on destination zip code, orders may also ship outbound through Thursday or Friday. If you need you order held for a specific period, just let us know and we are happy to accomodate.

We absolutely LOVE trees and are happy to be able to help others enjoy these beautiful trees too. Every one of our tree seedlings are carefully grown in their own Root Pouch grow bag to promote strong healthy root systems. Unlike traditional plastic pots, Root Pouches air prune the root system as our tree grows to eliminate root circling. This gives our trees a significant advantage when being moved from container grown to their final home. This adds some additional time and cost up front for us, but we are rewarded with healthy strong trees. This method of growing makes our trees happier and in turn we think you will be happier too.
