  • Our trees are guaranteed to arrive at your address in a healthy and living condition. Once delivered, we will warranty your tree for up to 30 days. Long term, we can not guarantee the health of the tree as the ultimate success of your tree will be dependent on the care given during planting and the weeks that follow. However, if at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to discuss available options. Our goal is for every transaction to meet or exceed our customer’s expectation. Please see “Our Guarantee” page for more details.

  • All trees sold by Sycamore Ridge Farm are grown from seedling here on our small farm. We take great pride in the quality of our products. We absolutely LOVE trees and are happy to be able to help others enjoy these beautiful trees too. Every one of our tree seedlings are carefully grown in their own Root Pouch grow bag to promote strong healthy root systems. Unlike traditional plastic pots, Root Pouches air prune the root system as our tree grows to eliminate root circling. This gives our trees a significant advantage when being moved from container grown to their final home. This adds some additional time and cost up front for us, but we are rewarded with healthy strong trees. This method of growing makes our trees happier and in turn we think you will be happier too.
